Easter Vigil Mass Schedule:
St. Michael: 8pm
Holy Saturday is a day of silence, mourning, and waiting, while Jesus descended to the realm of the dead. It is a day of hope as the Church anticipates the resurrection. The day completes the Triduum—the three most sacred days in the Church year (Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday). It is often referred to as "the day of the great silence" because Christ has died, and the Church is in quiet expectation.
